Stuck-open means an exposed house. Stuck-closed means a trapped vehicle. Either one gets priority dispatch, day or night.
A real person answers the emergency line at any hour, not an automated system that promises a callback.
Security and safety risks get first response, ahead of routine scheduling.
Our emergency vans carry the same full parts inventory as daytime service, springs, cables, openers, and rollers.
You'll know the after-hours rate before you commit, not after the technician leaves.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
An open, unsecured garage overnight is a real security risk. This call jumps the queue the moment it comes in.
Car trapped inside with somewhere to be. We diagnose the cause fast, usually a broken spring or snapped cable, and get you moving.
A snapped spring at an inconvenient hour still gets same-night service when the call comes in during our emergency window.
Wind-warped panels, a vehicle backing into the door, or storm debris jamming the track. We assess structural safety first, then repair.
Holiday coverage means a stuck door on a family gathering day still gets same-day attention.
Call the emergency line and describe whether the door is stuck open or stuck closed, that detail sets priority.
Emergency calls get the nearest available technician, often within the hour depending on location.
You get the same upfront pricing standard at midnight as you would at noon.
We don't leave until the door operates safely and the fix is verified.
“Called at midnight expecting voicemail and got a real person who had someone out within the hour.”
“Storm knocked the track loose on a Sunday. They still came out and fixed it same day.”
“After-hours fee was quoted upfront, no surprise on the invoice. Appreciated the honesty at 2 a.m.”
Stuck-open and trapped-vehicle calls jump the queue, typically resulting in faster-than-standard arrival.
After-hours pricing is transparent and quoted upfront, not hidden in the final invoice.
If safe, you can manually pull the emergency release cord to close it by hand, but call us first for guidance specific to your opener.
Emergency technicians stock multiple spring sizes so most night calls close in one visit.
Holiday calls are handled the same as any other emergency call, same-day where possible.
Every emergency fix is backed in writing, same as any standard appointment.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
